Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, if you purchase a watch from Watches From Switzerland and wish to return it, you must;

Notify us that you want to return the watch within 14 days of receipt
Return the watch within 14 days of Notifying us you want to return it
Return the watch in the same condition it arrived
Upon Confirmation that the watch has been received back safely we will issue a full refund of the price paid
If the fault is ours, we will also refund return postage
If you have just changed your mind, then responsibility for returning the watch, in the same condition it was received will be yours
